We are so happy to have her in our life.
Lucky for her, she got two birthday parties: one in Utah and one in Oregon.
Our party in Utah was a Winter One-derland Brrrthday Party, with snowflakes and of course, a pinata (which has nothing to do with Winter, but hey, with a name like Maria, you deserve a pinata!).

Maria loved eating her cake (thanks Lizzy) and opening her presents. Some of our friends in OR gave her the cards with music and she danced to them all crazy. We (Maria and Meg) made a Build-A-Bear Monkey on Monday. I boxed it up and then she opened it on her Birthday with the same enthusiasm and monkey-like mannerisms as she had in the store when we made it...literally screaming and laughing with excitement.
