We have had a very busy last couple of weeks. Two weeks of visitors! (Will post on that later.) Maria and I thought some berry pickin' was a well-deserved treat (in more ways than one!). We hit the fields on Friday with our friends the Martins, picked berries and then I made jam late into the night on Friday.

The simple pleasure of watching my berry picker. She ate SO many, and as usual was quite intense about the whole 'eating' experience.
The product: about 30 jars of jam and a load of frozen and fresh strawberries left to enjoy. YUMMY!

HAHAHAHA! I love the dirt/berry ring around her mouth. Oh the lovey lovey! I need her help to pick cherr...uhh..is that a....is..is that a cherry?... ...uhh..is that a raspberry...?
Look at that girl go to town on those strawberries! Having visitors is so much fun!
