The much anticipated Mac 50K Trail Run has come and gone. The race was on a beautiful and WARM May 12th.
I am so proud of Ben for doing it!
The Support Crew (Meg, Bob, and Malan - and Maria at mile 2) were sure proud to see Ben 4 different times during the grueling 32 mile race.
We were so happy to see Ben running in to the aid stations.
It is such a rewarding experience to support someone you love in a challenge such as this (at least I think so).
Special thanks to Jimbo for "saving" Ben with some much-needed nutrition on the climb to Dimple Hill.
