Saturday morning 7/14
I ran on the trails in and around the campground in the morning.
Ate oatmeal loaded with berries we had picked.
Played at the beach for a while.
Went to Lincoln County Fair in Newport for frizzle (thanks to Ben's work)
We are not exactly fair folks, but Maria rode on a pony and went on some dinky ride with motorcycles and she really got into it. We listened to a Cowboy group and a Mariachi band. Ben knew (and sang to M and M) almost all of the cowboy songs and I actually knew some of the Mariachi songs.
We saw some exotic animals, including a coatimundi and a jaguar (Cuidado, Jaguar!)...which made us laugh bc we say those all over on a family trip - random animals.
Oh, and Ben played a basketball game to win a prize for Maria.
