Fall Snapshots

Every Day Life
Fall 2013
Cinderella looking at a Welcome to the Neighborhood card. Business as usual for this princess.
Just some deer in the backyard.

Love her.
Stroll around the house.
Some of our new neighbors, the Hermans, brought a wagon-load of hand-me-down toys and dress-ups for Maria and Malan.  Heather (the 'Mom') has two tween/teen daughters, so she has just the perfect things for my girls.
Malan our little Babooshka
We found lots of fun helmets to try on at the local Ski Swap, but that was all.
Our beautiful family.
Malan FINALLY broke 20 pounds.
Yes, she had +/- a pound of pee in her morning diaper, but still...20.2! Woot Woot!!
Maria is getting more interested in cooking/baking again.  She really wanted to make meatballs, and Ben really wanted beef meat balls (as opposed to the turkey ones I usually make), so I welcomed the help with the beef.
French braids for Malan.  First time was a success!
Malan is still a napping champ. In the Fall, she was still taking a morning and afternoon nap most days.  Loves her binky and her minky blanket (thanks Aunt Mandy).
Dressing up is done daily, at least three times.  This little get-up is on child #3. We love hand-me-downs and Super Malan.
