Our travels to England and Scotland proved to be a happy time for our sheep-adoring child. Maria was enamored by the sheep!
She would chase them, talk to them, taunt them, run at them with sticks, sing to them...you name it. It was quite the site to see, and it never seemed to get old (at least not for the humans!).
Maria was so obsessed with the "sheepies" that she noticed she had one on her fingernail. She kept telling us she had a sheep on her finger, and finally I figured out (as she showed me her nail), that sure enough, there was a sheepie on her thumb!
