Maria eagerly awaiting for the show to begin.
My little girl loves the ballet!
(and anything to do with dancing)
We went to a modern dance recital of a friend a couple weeks ago.
Maria dressed in her pink leotard, tights, tutu, and ballet shoes to prepare for the show.
She literally sat on the end of her seat the entire recital and clapped her little hands so hard after each piece.
I think I could have just watched her then entire show...she thoroughly enjoyed it!
Things to remember: -Maria seemed so grown up holding her program and ticket. -Maria finding our seats after I showed how to match the number on the ticket with the numbers on the floor/seat. -The way she sat on the end of her chair and at every new noise or curtain movement, asking, "Are the girls going to dance now?" -Seeing Maria clapping with such enthusiasm. -Oh, and at the end as we walked back to the car, Maria kept saying, "Oh Mommy, thank you so so much. I can do that when I a big girl?"
