Christmas 2013

Merry Christmas!
December 25, 2013
Our House, OR

Christmas was quite magical this year.  We are in a new home.  We celebrated with our little family.  We made (and continued) traditions.  We have a delicious breakfast.  We gave and recieved gifts we were excited about.  We had a lot of Christmas singing.  We had girls giggling in their room as they waited to come down the stairs to see what "Santa" had brought.  We had a feeling of giving and sharing and joy, and were able share it with others.

Things to remember: A beautiful and perfectly shaped Christmas tree, Fir smell, big sister and little sister roles, snuggly pjs (and new slippers for me), 12 Days of Christmas from Big Poppy and Grandma Peggy, Pez (and pez wrappers for Malan), Anna, Elsa, Skis and helmets, Maria's fascination with space, cool soccer net, Mar teaching May how to use the remote control car, 'The Elves'  for Mr. Price and his gifts of thanks, luminaries showing the way, cinnamon rolls and bacon and fruit for breakfast, hot cocoa and egg nog, pummelo talks and laughs, naps, mellow day at work for Ben, visits to our elderly neighbors and their joy at seeing M and M, cool December Oregon air, Skyp with some of our family, Merry Madagascar with Carleigh, happiness and peace.
