December 21 and 22nd, 2012
We had some time to spare, and it is always interesting to go 'home' to visit and then hang out alone with your family. Everyone was busy with their own stuff, so we went bowling. It was actually pretty fun after Maria decided to have fun and to not be really tired (at naptime!).
We used a couple different bowling techniques: on the roller things, between the legs, the drop and wait an eternity for it to get to the pins...all of them!
She got the hang of it, at least the cheering and watching for a all to pins crash down. She totally cheered for us too!
Whit had the Christmas party for our girlfriends (and our guys) at her house this year. As always it is fun to catch up and laugh our heads off about our lives and our kids and more. I was thinking, and now all these girls are married as of the past year. We have between 0 and 3 kids. Four are prego in the pic, one with twins. Jen has twins already. Life has taken a different path for all of us really.
Jen, Amy and Tiff brought their kids over one morning for breakfast. Henry was the only boy who would get in the pic with these cute little ladies - He is a stud! Maria especially loved seeing her friends Kate and Avey (Avery) again.
